Key Responsibilities
Install furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Remove/replace existing systems
- Assist with layout, fabrication, and setup
- Ensure installs meet company and code standards
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Qualifications
- 1+years HVAC install experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs./work in attics and crawl spaces
- Familiarity with tools and installation processes

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair/maintain furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Remove/replace existing equipment
- Assist with layout, fabrication, and setup
- Ensure repairs and maintenance meet company and code standards
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Qualifications
- 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA certification required (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers
Position Summary
Support technicians and installers during the busy summer season by assisting with job site tasks and learning the HVAC trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tool setup, material handling, and cleanup
- Support installers and service technicians on job sites
- Load/unload equipment and maintain organization
- Follow directions and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No experience required (willing to train)
- Ability to perform physical labor in heat
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
